Styled Shoot -- Staging the Carriage House (again)

I hope you’re not sick of seeing pictures of the Carriage House yet because I’ve got another shoot for you this week! This one was more of a “mini-shoot” as I threw it together on only a few days notice, but it was certainly no less special! This time Jamie at Caseley’s said they had built a new circle arch that they were having decorated for a bridal show and was looking to have some images taken of it for inspiration for new couples. I had been dying for a circle arch to make its way to the island and immediately grabbed some friends who I knew would be up for something fun!

I really let each vendor take this vision where they wanted to but let them know we had a bit of a moody and boho feel. I absolutely love how it turned out! These were actually taken in the opposite side of the barn to the last shoot - which was actually actively under construction. We staged basically the one five foot square section that wasn’t covered in sawdust - but you would never have known that if I hadn’t told you!

If you don’t know Kim & Rob, it was really special for us to be able to use them as models for this shoot because they had to cancel their wedding when their dog Tyrion got in an accident and needed surgery! Being able to give them some special wedding photos was really rewarding and Jenna so sweetly took them for some champagne and a little cliffside shoot once we were done at Carriage House <3

Thanks always to my friends who are always up for anything I throw at them!
