The Essentials Package is our version of “Day-of Coordination.” By beginning our working relationship together earlier, it allows us to get a more in-depth and well-rounded look at your priorities, worries, needs, and vision, and ensures you can fully enjoy the final weeks leading up to your wedding!

The planner-client relationship is a very important one. You need to be able to trust that we will execute your day beautifully and with your priorities and preferences in mind, and this requires clear and open communication. It means we need to spend time getting to know you and learning what is most important to you, and in turn that gives you time to get to know us and trust our experience and expertise.
Our couples come in all shapes and sizes - high anxiety, type A, carefree, lifelong spotlight admirers and those who would rather be home in bed than standing in front of a crowd saying “I do!” What matters to us is that your relationship is the most important to you. We love working with couples that we can be goofy with, cry with, and get off on excitement tangents during planning meetings with, all while still being able to sit down and make important decisions together.
We want our clients to choose us because they respect and appreciate our professional expertise, knowledge, and hands-on experience. We want you to be able to put your full faith in us! On your wedding day, if someone comes to you with a question, you should be able to say, "Ask my wedding planner, they've got it covered!" without a second thought or worry.
Not all planners will be the right fit for you, and not all couples will be the right fit for us - it benefits neither to try to force it when one isn’t feeling it.

We love working alongside the island’s very talented venue coordinators! A venue coordinator works for your venue and as such, the venue is their main concern. A dedicated personal coordinator works for you and your best interests come first! In addition, even with our most basic package, we are involved with your wedding from the beginning by providing you with a number of in-depth planning resources, and we take over the rest of the planning and detail organization twelve weeks before your wedding so that you can enjoy the final moments of being engaged as well as your wedding day.

This depends on a LOT of factors including your guest count, priorities and how willing you are to make sacrifices in some areas to splurge in others, but on average our couples spend around $30-40k.

Your payment schedule will depend on the package you choose, but each package requires a 25-30% retainer as well as a signed contract to secure your date. Deposits can be made via EMT, cash or credit card.

No, we do not. As per WPIC’s code of ethics, no Elysian planner will take a finder’s fee, kickback or commission from a vendor for our referral. All vendors are referred to you based on their talent and merit. We want you to work with your vendors because they’re the best, not for any other reason!

First, reach out through the Contact Us page. From there, if we have availability you will receive a proposal. If our services seem to be a good fit for your needs, you can book a Discovery Call through the proposal so we can meet and chat all things wedding!

While we are honoured to have the opportunity to work in other markets, the bustling PEI wedding industry often makes it difficult for us to find time to be able to travel for weddings during the regular season. If scheduling allows, we would love to!

Prince Edward Island has become a premiere wedding destination for couples from around the globe, so at any given time a large portion of our couples are not on the island. We are well accustomed to working with couples who are planning from afar, whom we often don’t meet in person until they arrive for the wedding!
